First, Set a Date – Plan as far ahead as possible. Check your date and guarantee it with a deposit. The balance is not due until the afternoon or evening of the event.
Discuss Special Arrangements – Decorations? Special Announcements? Pictures?
Select Your Menu – Our food service ranges from hors D’ oeuvres and cocktails, to multi-course, sit-down banquets.
Determine Bar Service – Your Bar Service can be customized for your party needs.
Remember Tickets and Flyers – We can design and print personalized tickets and flyers for the event. We need some lead time for this, so please let us know as early as possible.
Guarantees Make It Possible – 7 days before your event, we’ll need to know your guest-count guarantee. For the purpose of seating arrangements, food preparation and billing. You will want to consider your guarantee carefully.
