Redo Race Final 2

It’s time for Round 2 of the Redo Stakes as we run back the same greyhounds from the same post positions that we did last weekend. You already know the results, but can they be repeated? Can the greyhounds that just missed out get it done this time around? Can someone off the radar step up and pull off the upset? Can the Jim Blanchard Kennel win both races over 550 and 660 yards once again? All these questions will be answered on Saturday evening at bestbet Jacksonville.

Now let’s look once again at the races and see if we can get you some winners this Saturday evening at bestbet.

Race 9 – (Redo Race Final 2 over 660 Yards) – L’s Princess Ry really pulled off the upset last time out as she had never officially won a 660 race at bestbet before that final round victory. She has the tools to repeat, but too much talent around her for her to have a hard time getting it done. Craigie Javier is the man with the plan to get back in the winner’s circle. He totally missed his break last time out and he won’t do that in back to back races. He has a great rail post to run front and I expect him to shine through best at the wire tonight. Princess Ry should be right there in the mix as well as she has not missed the money in all her attempts over the 660-yard course. She was the winner last time out but breaking that well twice might be a too tough task to handle. She threatens, but just misses on the repeat. Another greyhound with a chance at the upset is Ww Outlaw Kate. Kate has gears to burn late, but she just needs to get closer early on. A strong break from this outside post could do her well. She was 2nd last time and that might just improve in this effort. If she gets loose early on around the pace, she will be a major player at the wire. Like round 1, they are going to have to come and get Critics Choice if they want to pull off the W. She is all about early speed and should be the one in the front at the break once again tonight. She is short late, and will be again here, as the big closers will get to her before the finish. If she can steal a lead, and get some help behind her, she too could rob at win on the front end. Don’t believe me? Just look 3 races back from the same 6 box she has tonight. (2-4-7-6)

Race 11 – (Redo Race Final 2 over 550 Yards) – This time around I think it is going to be hard for L’s Sum Dog to get back on top and take home the win once again. Lk’s Black Gold broke LAST in the first final, she hasn’t broken last in 17 races in a row. She will not do it in back to back races either. I expect a much better break and for her to steal enough early on to survive at the wire for her first ever stakes victory. Closing late and threatening in the stretch will be the first final winner L’s Sum Dog. Really, he is as fast as he wants to be and will be putting that on display in the stretch. Cp’s Nauset Flo will do what she does best, break and pressure, and will run a race very similar to the one that she ran in final number one. She too is short late and can and will be passed once again in the stretch. WE would be a miss not to include the $75,000 James J Patton Silver Cup winner for 2018, Ww WhatsApp. A little off his groove as if late, he needs to get back breaking if he wants to stand a chance to win this time around. He ran into major trouble in final one and finished at the back of the pack. He has gears to burn too in the stretch, but he must be in contention early if he wants a chance to use them for a win. The post is fine, it’s all about the break for him in this effort. (7-4-6-3)
